Zhang Xiuqin, who is a famous language expert and has been a primary school headmaster, member of language teaching and research, editor of the ninth set of the primary Chinese textbooks of the State Education Commission, and the inventor of Zhiying learning method. She has done in-depth studies in such fields as education, child psychology and brain science, and has made great achievements. In March, 2001, she invented the method of Zhiying learning method based on the latest scientific results on child Brain Science together with her 20 years’ experience in language teaching, making the learning efficiency of the Zhiying courses more than 10 times greater than other learning methods. The series of courses and teaching materials developed by Zhang have been widely used at home and abroad. Every year hundreds of thousands of students participate in Zhiying training courses. In 2006, Zhang was awarded the “Outstanding Manager in the Chinese Educational Field”.

      张秀琴老师是国内著名的语言教育专家、直映学习法的发明人。她从事教学与研究二十多年，曾经担任过小学校长、语文教研员，是国家小学语文实验教材编委之一。她对教育学、儿童心理学和脑科学有深入研究，并卓有建树。2001年3月她运用儿童脑科学的最新研究成果，与二十多年的教学实践相结合发明了“直映学习法”，让汉语的学习效率提高了10倍以上。由她研发的“直映认字、作文、英语、阅读”等一系列课程在海内外被广泛采用，每年数十万学生参加直映课程培训。2006年，张秀琴被中国中央教育科学研究所授予“中国教育培训界卓越管理人物”荣誉称号。
